Both Terry and Jeffery are full time Palm Springs residents who are invested in and love Palm Springs. With a combined 50+ years of hospitality experience, we bring a boutique option for part time residents that wish to rent their homes when they are not in residence.

We are happy to announce the addition of Michael Markham to the Host Palm Springs family. Michael comes to us from San Fransisco where he has lived for many years and worked as a Stylist in homes and Real Estate. Michael will join us as an account manager and begin managing properties with Host. We welcome Michael and are happy to have his vast experience and especially his energy and exuberance around homes and architecture and the city of Palm Springs!

 

For the owner: we provide a full service vacation rental management product including: booking, guest communications, cleaning coordination, inspection and guest preparation (staging), light maintenance coordination, TOT Tax and City of Palm Springs administrative and vacation rental ordinance compliance requirements are included. For guests: we provide a stellar vacation rental experience in one of our unique properties. We guide guests through each step of the process from booking to post-stay and beyond with the goal of making life-long friends and return guests.
